【摘要】 目的 探讨头位胎儿窘迫分娩方式的选择。 方法 将1997～2001年间我科遇到的295例头位胎儿窘迫病例进行分析。 结果 产钳组新生儿窒息率明显高于剖宫产组。 结论 对于两种方式都可选择病例，应首选剖宫产术。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the delivery choice of positional fetal distress.Methods Analyze295po-sitional fetal distress cases of my section office from1997to2001.Results The asphy xial rate of obstetric forceps group is much higher than that of cesarean group.Conclusion Cearean section should be chosen at first for those cas-es which have two kinds of choice.
