【摘要】 目的 为减少胃切除术后病人各种并发症的发生，提高术后病人的生活质量。 方法 对30例需胃大部切除术的病人，在传统B-Ⅱ式胃空肠吻合的基础上进行改进。 结果 改进后的术式术后病人的近远期并发症少，效果较传统术式满意，术后病人的生活质量高。新术式能有效地减少和防止输入袢梗阻、十二指肠残端漏、胃空肠吻合口漏、反流性胃炎、食管炎、倾倒综合征等并发症的发生，并能改善术后病人营养吸收不良的状况。 结论 新术式是一种简单易行、安全、可靠、有效、更接近生理功能的术式，具有一定的临床应用价值。
