【摘要】 目的 探讨阴道彩超(TVCDS)检测子宫血循环阻力指数(RI)鉴别宫内外早孕的可行性。 方法 应用TVCDS检测36例未破型宫外早孕和50例宫内早孕的子宫动脉、螺旋动脉和滋养层动脉血流的RI值。 结果 宫外早孕组子宫动脉平均RI值高于宫内早孕组(P<0.01)。宫外早孕组子宫螺旋动脉彩色多普勒的阳性率则明显低于宫内早孕组(P<0.05，P<0.01);宫内早孕附件区滋养层动脉检出率(83.3%)，特异性100%。 结论 TVCDS和PD各项指标结合停经史和血HCG对宫内宫外早孕的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要的临床价值。
