【摘要】 目的 观察卒中单元对脑血管疾病疗效及预后的影响。 方法 将220例脑血管病患者随机分为两组，UT组120例，GW组100例，给予不同的治疗模式。对疗效及预后进行分析。 结果 卒中单元组近期疗效、转归明显优于普通病房组。 结论 卒中单元治疗模式对缩短脑血管病患者的住院时间、减少后遗症发生疗效确切。
