【摘要】 目的 总结K-P钛钢板内固定系统在胸腰椎爆裂骨折并截瘫病例治疗中的临床经验。 方法 对12例胸腰椎爆裂骨折并截瘫行前路椎体次全切除，椎管减压植骨K-PLATE系统前路内固定进行分析和讨论。 结果 12例患者获4～20个月随访，植骨均已牢固融合，无植骨块脱落及内固定系统松动现象，脊髓神经功能获得不同程度的恢复。 结论 胸腰椎爆裂骨折并截瘫采用前路椎体次全切除椎管减压植骨K-P钛钢板内固定能取得良好的临床效果。
