【摘要】 目的 观察静脉应用美托洛尔控制术后快速心律失常的疗效及安全性。 方法 135例术后快速心律失常患者被随机分为美托洛尔组和毛花甙丙组，观察用药后心室率和血压的变化。 结果 美托洛尔组对控制快速心律失常有效率94.2%，毛花甙丙组有效率74.2%，P<0.01，美托洛尔组最大效应时间(7.2±2.8)min，毛花甙组(29.9±7.9)min，两组均无心功能恶化或低血压出现。 结论 美托洛尔能有效、安全控制术后快速心律失常的心室律。
