【摘要】 目的 探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)的护理方法。 方法 对17例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期痔手术患者进行术后病情变化观察、排便护理、饮食指导、心理护理。 结果 术后患者疼痛轻微，住院时间明显缩短。16例患者痔块完全回缩，1例术后出血。 结论 重视吻合器痔上黏膜环切术后24h内病情观察和术前心理护理、排便护理对减少并发症发生，提高治愈率，提高患者舒适度，增强患者信心有重要的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing methods of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)with stapler.Methods 17cases of severe(degreeⅢandⅣ)hemorrhoids were measured by postoperative detection，defeca-tion nursing，diet education and psychological nursing.Results Postoperative pain was slight，and hospitalization days shorter，16cases with PPH were no hemorrhoidal prolapsed，one cases was bleeding after operation.Conclusion We should take the condition of patients in24hours after PPH，perform psychological nursing and defecation nursing before PPH，to reduce complications，increase cure rate ......
