【摘要】 目的 比较异丙酚和50%笑气在无痛人流术中的镇痛作用。 方法 92例早孕妇女随机分为异丙酚组46例，术前静脉注射异丙酚2.5mg/kg;笑气组46例，术前及术中吸入50%笑气。术中观察血压、心率、呼吸频率、镇痛和麻醉效果。 结果 异丙酚组和笑气组术中疼痛率分别为91%和0。笑气组90%以上孕妇都有术中知晓，异丙酚组则无;异丙酚组用药后血压明显低于用药前。 结论 人流术期间，异丙酚静注麻醉镇痛法优于吸入50%笑气镇痛法。
