【摘要】 目的 探讨本地吸毒者的社会人口学特点、导致吸毒的心理社会因素、吸毒及戒毒状况。 方法 对住入我院戒毒的90例患者进行临床分析，戒毒治疗方法主要为肌肉注射或口服替代药，同时给予对症治疗，支持疗法和心理治疗及多种方法合并使用的综合疗法。 结果 (1)男性明显多于女性(P<0.01)，21～30岁者、初中文化、个体户及无业人员约占2/3;(2)初始吸毒原因主要为好奇心驱使，其次为不良亲友影响;(3)所用毒品均为海洛因，以吸为主，平均用量<1g/d者占半数，吸毒时间3个月～10年(中位数2.5年)，成瘾表现为吸毒后感到舒适、欣快、轻松、兴奋等，戒断症状表现为流泪、流鼻涕、疼痛、烦躁等，吸毒对心理行为的影响表现为情绪不稳、不关心家庭成员、说谎等;(4)64例(71.1%)此前曾戒毒1～3次，本次自愿戒毒主要原因为经济困难。治疗中无一例发生意外或重大不良反应，出院时大多戒断症状消失，尿液检查均为阴性。 结论 应用综合疗法，解除躯体依赖症状，疗效满意。
