【摘要】 目的 观察异丙酚联合米非司酮应用于无痛人流的临床效果。 方法 将异丙酚(或联合米非司酮)静脉麻醉应用于无痛人流，并与一般人流手术对比，观察镇痛效果、手术时间、用药量、术中出血量及人流综合征发生率等指标。 结果 异丙酚联合米非司酮应用于无痛人流，镇痛率100%，手术时间缩短、宫颈充分软化率高、术中用药少、人流综合征发生率低、术中出血量无明显增加。 结论 异丙酚联合米非司酮应用于无痛人流，具有效果好、副作用小等优点，临床上可推广使用。
