【摘要】 目的 探讨老年冠心病患者血脂和血尿酸水平的变化。 方法 60岁以上的老年冠心病患者302例，另选60岁以上正常对照组65例，比较两组间的血脂和血尿酸水平。 结果 冠心病组与正常对照组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平比较明显增高，差异有显著性(P<0.05);冠心病组与正常对照组尿酸水平比较明显增高，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 老年冠心病患者中，血尿酸和血脂水平明显增高。
