【摘要】 目的 探讨螺旋CT对脊柱骨折的诊断价值。 方法 对比性分析100例脊柱骨折的X线和螺旋CT扫描资料。 结果 CT能清楚显示脊柱骨折、椎管狭窄和脊髓损伤的程度。本组以爆裂型(62.16%)和压缩型(31.53%)骨折多见。在爆裂型骨折，X线平片和CT诊断的敏感性比较，得出χ 2 =16.83，P<0.01，结果显示差异有非常显著性，CT检查明显优于X线平片。 结论 螺旋CT对脊柱骨折的诊断、分型及指导临床治疗有重要价值。

    The diagnostic value of spiral CT scan in evaluating spinal trauma

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of spiral CT in diagnosis of spinal fracture.Methods The results of X-ray and spiral CT scan were reviewed in100cases.Results The degree of spinal fracture，spinal canal constric-tion and spinal cord injury could be clearly showed by CT scan.Most of them were the compressive fracture(62.16%)and the burst fracture(31.53%).CT sensitivity compared with X-ray was striking in the compressive fracture(χ 2 =16.83，P<0.01).Conclusion CT plays an important role in classification diagnosis and directing clinical treatment for spinal fracture.
