【摘要】 目的 探讨胃黏膜幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与上消化道疾病发生的相关性。 方法 应用快速尿素酶试验对26075例接受纤维胃镜检查的患者作胃黏膜Hp现症感染检测。 结果 上消化道疾病Hp现症感染检出率达94.95%，其中以十二指肠溃疡检出率最高(99.84%);其次为慢性胃炎(94.71%)和胃溃疡(92.36%);胃癌阳性率也达76.95%。 结论 Hp感染与消化性溃疡及慢性胃炎关系极为密切，与胃癌之间也可能存在因果关系。
