【摘要】 目的 探讨pRb蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。 方法 应用免疫组化方法检测32例子宫内膜腺癌、15例非典型增生子宫内膜和10例正常子宫内膜中pRb蛋白的表达。 结果 pRb蛋白在正常子宫内膜、非典型增生子宫内膜和子宫内膜腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为100%、93.3%和84.4%，它们之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。pRb蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌中的阳性表达仅与肿瘤的临床分期密切相关(P<0.05)，而与肿瘤的组织学分级、浸润深度和淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。 结论 Rb基因在子宫内膜腺癌中的改变可能是不常见的，在子宫内膜腺癌的发生发展过程中可能是一个晚期事件。
