【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫内膜息肉的病因、临床特征及治疗方法。 方法 选取2000年1月～2003年8月子宫切除术后诊断子宫内膜息肉患者30例，进行回顾性研究。 结果 患者平均年龄为43.6岁，15例(50.0%)为40～50岁患者，24例(80.0%)主要表现为不规则阴道出血，4例(13.3%)绝经后出血，多发息肉17例(56.7%)，单发息肉13例(43.3%)，多发息肉位于宫腔内多个部位，单发息肉多位于宫底或宫角部。 结论 子宫内膜息肉的发生与雌激素局部作用有关，临床表现为不规则阴道出血及绝经后出血，可采用药物或手术方式治疗。

    A clinical analysis on30cases of endometrial polyp

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the etiology，clinical character and reatment of endometrial polyp.Methods 30endometrial polyp cases who admitted to our hospital between Jan.2000and Aug.2003were studied retrospectively.Results The mean age was43.6years old.15cases(50.0%)were between40and50years old.24cases(80.0%)showed abnormal vaginal bleeding.4cases(13.3%)presented postmenopausal bleeding.17cases(56.7%)had more than one polyps.The polyps were situated nmulti-sites in the cavity of uterine.13cases(43.3%)had only one polyp.And lmost all lay bottom or corner of the cavity of uterine.Conclusion The ppearance of endometrial polyp was related with the local action of estrogen.It always showed abnormal vaginal bleeding and post menopausal bleeding.It could be treated with drugs or operations. ......
