【摘要】 目的 探讨囊胚期胚胎移植是否较卵裂期胚胎移植能减少体外受精与胚胎移植宫外孕的发生率。 方法 回顾性分析1999年1月～2003年12月在我所接受体外受精与胚胎移植助孕获临床妊娠的506例妇女，按胚胎移植的时间不同分为两组，其中采卵后120h囊胚期胚胎移植者为98例D5组，采卵后72h卵裂期胚胎移植者为408例D3组，比较两组宫外孕发生率。 结果 98例D5组中宫外孕11例(11.2%)，408例D3组宫外孕38例(9.3%)，两组之间宫外孕发生率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 囊胚期胚胎移植并不能减少体外受精与胚胎移植的宫外孕发生率。

    The comparison of ectopic pregnancy rates in blastocyst and cleavagestage embryo transfer in vitro fertilization
