【摘要】 目的 加强门诊药房药品管理，减少药品报废率。 方法 将门诊药房药柜、调配台分成若干个小区，落实到个人管理，并对2年多来药品报废情况作定量分析，寻找报废原因。 结果 药品报废情况得到大大改善，报废率远远地低于国家允许范围。 结论 药品经过规范化管理后，报废情况大大地减少，相应地为医院创造了一笔可观的利润，为药品规范管理打下了基础。
