【摘要】 目的 应用灭活法检测大批量儿童骨碱性磷酸酶(bone alkaline phosphatase，BALP)项目以弥补干化学法测BALP之不足。 方法 采指血于生化分析仪上测定灭活前和灭活后碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase，ALP)值。 结果 灭活法筛查出来的阳性结果同干化学法检出的阳性结果一致。 结论 本法具有成本低、可以定量分析、适合大批量标本测定的优点。
