【摘要】 目的 重度产后出血目前仍是围生期产妇死亡的最主要原因之一，寻找快捷简便的治疗方法具有极其重要的临床意义。 方法 回顾分析1998年8月～2004年10月间采用宫颈钳钳夹宫颈术治疗产后出血量达到或超过1000ml或合并休克的11例病例临床资料。 结果 10例获得成功，有效率90.9%。 结论 应用宫颈钳钳夹宫颈术治疗重度产后出血，具有成功率高、操练简便、手术时间短的优点，值得临床推广应用。
