【摘要】 目的 通过对蛛网膜下腔出血患者不同时期N 13 -N 20 IPL的检测，探讨N 13 -N 20 IPL对蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后迟发性脑血管痉挛的临床诊断价值。 方法 根据患者临床表现及TCD检测于脑血管痉挛发生后和缓解后分别检测N 13 -N 20 IPL。 结果 迟发性脑血管痉挛发生后N 13 -N 20 IPL明显延长(P<0.01)。 结论 N 13 -N 20 IPL可作为观察蛛网膜下腔出血患者迟发性脑血管痉挛的一种无创性检查及指导临床用药的一种临床指标。

    【Abstract】 Objective To determine the clinical application of N 13 -N 20 IPL in the diagnosis of vasospasm in pa-tients with subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods N 13 -N 20 IPLwas performed in patients with SAH after vasospasm occurred as well as relieved according to clinical features and TCD detection.Results N 13 -N 20 IPL was markedly pro-longed after vasospasm occurred.Conclusion N 13 -N 20 IPL can be acted as a sensitive parameter in diagnosing va-sospasm in patients with SAH because of the non-invasive detection and as a guidance to clinical drug remedy. ......
