【摘要】 目的 探讨不同性别狼疮性肾炎(LN)的临床特点。 方法 对28例男性和32例女性LN患者的12个主要临床征象和10个实验室检查结果进行了对比观察。 结果 男性脱发、口腔溃疡出现率比女性低，而发热、血压升高、皮肤反复溃疡、肝肿大出现率比女性高，差异显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)，实验室检查男女两组对比差异无显著性。 结论 男性LN临床表现不如女性典型，主要靠实验室检查确诊，男性LN狼疮活动居多(占64.3%)，且男性LN活动期疗效较差。

    Clinical observation of male Lupus Nephritis comparing with female Lupus Nephritis

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of the different sex Lupus Nephritis.Methods Several main clinical characteristics of28male cases and32female cases were compared with the result of examining in10laboratories.Results The rate of male lost their hair and mouth ulcer was lower than female.but the rate of fever.blood pressure rise.skin ulcer repeat and liver swell was higher than famale.The difference is significant(P<0.01or P<0.05).The result of male and female were examined at laboratory wasn't significant difference.Conclu-sion Male LN clinical manifestation isn't significanter than female LN.Male LN is examined mainly at laboratories.Male LN lives more(64.3%)and relatively poor response to medical in living time. ......
