【摘要】 目的 探索治疗股骨颈骨折及减少术后并发症的治疗方法。 方法 自1997年至今采用人工股骨头置换术配合活血祛瘀法中药治疗股骨颈骨折共42例。 结果 39例效果良好，髋关节功能恢复满意，2例出现下肢深静脉栓塞。1例肺栓塞死亡。 结论 应用人工股骨头置换术配合活血祛瘀中药治疗股骨颈骨折，能够显著减少下肢深静脉栓塞及肺栓塞等并发症，使手术成功率大大提高，是一种良好的治疗方法，提高了患者生活质量。

    Artificial femoral head replacement combined with Activating Blood Circulation and Dispersing Stasis method in treating fracture of neck of femur

    【Abstract】 Objective To seek the method of treating the fracture of neck of femur and reducing complica-tions after the operation.Methods Forty-two cases of the fracture of neck of femur had been treated by the replace-ment of the artificial femoral head combined with the Chinese traditional medicine to activating blood circulation and disperse stasis since1997.Results Thirty-nine of the forty-two cases had got good treating effect and the func-tions of the coxa joint renew satisfactorily.Two cases embolized their deep vein of lower limbs.One case died of lung embolism.Conclusion Treating the fracture of neck of femur by the artificial femoral head combined with the Chi-nese traditional medicine to activating blood circulation and disperse stasis can greatly reduce the complications of deep vein embolism in lower limbs and lung embolism.It is a good method of treating the fracture of neck of femur.It give the operation more chance of success and it can improve sufferers'quality of life. ......
