【摘要】 目的 探讨加强护理在提高晚发性VitK 1 依赖因子缺乏所致颅内出血疗效中的作用。 方法 回顾性分析我院近10余年中采用手术并加强围手术期护理治疗本病32例。 结果 32例均得治愈，术后1～4年随访29例，有后遗症者6例(21%)。 结论 治疗疗效证明，作好父母的心理护理，加强围手术期的生命体征监护，保持呼吸道及病灶引流管通畅的护理和出院指导在提高治愈率和减少后遗症中起到了重要作用。
