【摘要】 目的 研究枸杞多糖对人前列腺癌PC-3细胞的影响。 方法 体外培养的人前列腺癌PC-3细胞经枸杞多糖作用后其生长抑制情况，用苔盼蓝染色计算细胞抑制率;流式细胞仪分析枸杞多糖对PC-3细胞周期和凋亡的影响;单细胞凝胶电泳检测其对PC-3细胞DNA损伤程度。 结果 枸杞多糖可明显抑制PC-3细胞的生长，且呈剂量/效应和时间/效应关系;影响细胞周期并引起细胞凋亡，凋亡率高达40%;对PC-3细胞DNA具有损伤作用。 结论 枸杞多糖对人前列腺癌PC-3细胞的生长有明显抑制作用，其机制可能是通过诱导人前列腺癌细胞凋亡和影响其生长周期而实现。

    【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of lycium barbarum polysaccha-rides(LBP)on human prostatic cancer cell line PC-3.Methods Time and dose effects of LBP were examined by using trypan blue exclusion staining;the influence on the cell cycle and the apoptosis were observed with flow cytome-try.Single cell gel electrophoresis assay was applied to determine the DNA damage of PC-3cell.Results LBP could inhibit the growth of PC-3cell line with a dose-effect and time-effect relationship.LBP can influence the cell cycle of PC-3and induce apoptosis.The apoptosis rate is40%.The breakage of DNA strand of PC-3cell was observed.Conclusion LBP inhibits PC-3cell line independent of androgen in vitro ......
