【摘要】 目的 通过实验观察和探讨金铁锁总皂苷(TSPT)抗炎作用及其作用机理。 方法 建立佐剂性关节炎(AA)动物模型，通过观察TSPT对AA大鼠足肿胀及炎性组织液中丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响来探讨其抗炎作用及其作用机制。 结果 TSPT能有效抑制AA大鼠足肿胀，降低炎性组织液中MDA的水平。 结论 TSPT具有良好的抗炎作用，其作用机制与降低MDA水平有关。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the anti-inflammation effects and possible mechanism of Total Saponins of Psammosilene tunicoids(TSPT).Methods After establishing AA rats model，the TSPT's anti-inflammatory ef-fects and mechanism against AA was studied through observing changes of the ankle swelling and contents of MDA in inflammatory-tissue soak of AA rats.Results TSPT could inhibit articular swelling and effectively decrease the con-tent of MDA in inflammatory tissue soak of AA rats.Conclusion TSPT has good anti-inflammation effects and the mechanism is likely related to TSPT's down-regulation of MDA. ......
