【摘要】 目的 探讨免疫功能极度低下血液病患者并发深部真菌感染的发病及早期诊断及治疗。 方法 根据体液细菌培养和影像学特征性改变诊断，予以氟康唑或伊曲康唑、两性霉素B抗真菌治疗。 结果 5例病人从发热到确诊为曲霉菌感染平均时间23天，经过氟康唑、伊曲康唑和两性霉素B抗真菌治疗，1例对氟康唑有效，3例耐药但改用两性霉素B有效，1例改用伊曲康唑和两性霉素B有效。 结论 免疫功能极度低下患者并发深部真菌感染发病率高，早期诊断及治疗非常困难，故病死率高。因此早期诊断、及时治疗非常必要。
