【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿纤维鼻咽喉镜检查常见并发症的防治措施。 方法 回顾性分析672例经小儿纤维鼻咽喉镜检查的临床病例。 结果 针对小儿纤维鼻咽喉镜检查的有关环节采取必要的防治措施，有效防止并发症的发生。 结论 对小儿纤维鼻咽喉镜检查术前、术中、术后可能出现的并发症采取有效防治措施，是进行检查安全成功的保证。
