【摘要】 目的 加强对神经性厌食症的认识，提高对该病的诊治水平。 方法 通过对1例典型病例的诊断、营养评价和分阶段营养治疗，由肠外营养逐渐过渡到肠内营养，最后进普食，同时配合行为和心理治疗。 结果 经过33天的营养支持，患者体重由28kg增加到33kg，由严重混合型营养不良，改善为轻-中度营养不良，出院继续治疗，随访1年，患者一般情况良好。 结论 提高对该病的认识有助于早期诊断，合理的营养治疗并辅以行为治疗，是有效的治疗方法。

    Diagnosis and nutritional treatment of anorexia nervosa

    【Abstract】 Objective To recognize anorexia nervosa(AN)and improve diagnosis and treatment level for this disease.Methods One case of typical anorexia nervosa was successfully diagnosed and treated.Evaluation of nutri-tion state and period nutritional therapy for the patient were performed.Parenteral nutrition(PN)was given at first，then combined PN with enteral nutrition(EN)，gradually，EN was used at last.Finally，the oral intake of food was applied.During the nutritional treatment，behavior and psycological therapy were employed.Results The body weight of the patientwas increased from28kg to33kg after33days treatment.Severe mixed malnutrition of the patient was improved into mild-moderate malnutrition.Patient was treated continuously after discharged from hospital and recovered after one year.Conclusion Knowledge and early diagnosis for the AN is very important.Proper nutrition interfere ......
