【摘要】 目的 建立一种新的简便易行的AmpC酶的表型筛选方法并对其进行评价。 方法 采用表型筛选和三维试验对144株阴沟肠杆菌进行AmpC酶检测，对检测结果进行比较。 结果 144株阴沟肠杆菌表型筛选结果显示，高产AmpC酶的菌株共35株，占24.31%(35/144);表型筛选与三维试验相比总符合率为89.58%(129/144)。 结论 表型筛选法检测AmpC酶方法简便，结果可靠，易于在临床实验室中推广应用。
