【摘要】 目的 探讨应用电解可脱式铂金微簧圈(Gugliemi Detachable Coil，GDC)栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的效果。 方法 在全脑血管数字减影(DSA)造影确诊监视下，经微导管放置GDC栓塞颅内动脉瘤，3例择期，3例72h内急诊手术栓塞治疗。 结果 成功栓塞6例颅内动脉瘤，5例100%栓塞，1例95%栓塞。 结论 GDC栓塞颅内动脉瘤安全可靠，效果良好。
