【摘要】 目的 探讨小肠出血的诊断及治疗措施。 方法 对20例小肠出血性疾病进行回顾性分析。 结果 采用小肠钡餐、动脉造影、核素扫描等单项或多项检查，最终经手术及病理确诊。肿瘤11例(55%)，以良性肿瘤多见;血管畸形5例(25%)。 结论 小肠出血以肿瘤常见，血管畸形值得重视。血管造影具有较高的诊断率，对手术有重要的指导价值。剖腹探查结合术中内镜，注射美兰染色肠管可以提高诊断率。
