【摘要】 目的 研究青少年小睾丸症的临床诊断和治疗方法。方法 采用小剂量HCG和口服复方中药制剂治疗青少年小睾丸症患者42例，初步总结显示良好的临床效果。结果 42例小睾丸症患者治疗后随访1～3年，其中治愈15例，好转12例，有效6例，无效9例，总有效率为78.57%。用药后患者雄性激素水平均有不同程度升高，部分患者的雄性激素水平可接近正常的水平。结论 小剂量HCG和口服中药的方法，可以用于治疗青少年小睾丸症，部分患者可以治愈或使睾丸获得不同程度的发育。

    【Abstract】 Objective The clinical diagnosis and treatment of microtestis were studied.Methods A total of42cases of microtestis was treated from Jan.1997to Dec.2001were reviwed to use small HCG(500IU，im，2/w)and herbal medicine.Results Of the42cases，15cases were cured，12cases were improved，6cases were utility，9cases were inefficiency.Conclusion Preoeratice diagnosis and teatment of microtestis is possible.
