【摘要】 本文对枸杞多糖的提取、分级、含量测定及理化特性进行了探讨，得到枸杞多糖的两个级分区，通过测定粘度，确定其分子量，最终得到符合注射剂要求的药用多糖。该分级方法简便易行，具有较高的应用价值。【关键词】 多糖 分级 应用
