【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻中隔良性肿瘤的手术治疗方式。 方法 回顾性分析我科1978年7月～2002年7月住院接受手术治疗的26例鼻中隔良性肿瘤患者的临床资料。 结果 大多数病例在术后其主诉症状如鼻塞、鼻出血均消失，经随访观察无复发。 结论 只要病变来源诊断明确，手术彻底地摘除鼻中隔良性肿瘤的效果是令人满意的。
