【摘要】 目的 探讨小切口直视下胆囊切除术的手术方法、技巧及适应证。方法 应用冷光源拉钩、微创系列器械、钛夹完成180例胆囊切除术。结果 173例(96%)成功。术中因操作困难、胆道取石探查及胆肠吻合延长切口7例，术后胆管狭窄(胆管炎症及结石)1例，经胆道镜胆管扩张后好转。全组无胆道损伤、术后出血、切口感染及死亡病例。随访3～18个月。结论 此术式达到经腹腔行胆囊切除术的微创效果，设备投资及医疗费用低，无须全麻及人工气腹，是一种安全有效的术式。
