【摘要】 目的 探讨电离子作用机制,用多功能治疗仪观察利多卡因电离子麻醉鼓膜的效果以及对神经性耳鸣的疗效和反应情况。 方法 用多功能治疗仪将2%利多卡因电离,用于23例鼓膜麻醉及53例耳鸣的治疗。 结果 电离子透入法的鼓膜麻醉有效率为98.0%;对神经性耳鸣有效率39.6%。 结论 电离子透入法安全、方便、无创伤性,值得推广应用。关键词 电离子透入 鼓膜麻醉 耳鸣
