【摘要】 目的 探讨功能性鼻窦内镜手术(FESS)治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及影响疗效的相关因素。 方法 对1999年12月～2002年11月行功能性鼻窦内镜手术有完整资料的儿童慢性鼻窦炎患者，从手术适应证、手术方式、随访等方面进行回顾性分析。 结果 54例患者中，治愈19例(35.2%)，好转28例(51.9%)，无效7例(13.0%)，总有效率87.0%，无严重并发症发生。 结论 功能性鼻窦内镜手术是治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的有效方法。
