【摘要】 目的 分析自杀者的自杀原因，帮助他们渡过心理危机期，重塑健康人格。 方法 随机抽取我院急诊观察区自杀者100例，调查分析其自杀原因及相关因素。 结果 恋爱与婚姻问题占50%;学习或工作中的问题占15%;精神疾病占12%;家庭问题占8%;人际关系占7%;意外事件占4%;媒体对自杀所造成的潜在影响占2%;躯体疾病占2%。 结论 应针对不同的自杀原因制定心理护理的目标，并用相应的方法实施心理护理，有助于消除自杀者的负性情绪，重塑健康人格。

    【Abstract】 Objective To help suicides pull through mental crisis and rebuilt moral quality by analyzing the reasons for suicide behaviors.Methods 100suicides in our observation section of emergency department were ran-domly selected，and factors for suicide behaviors were investigated and analyzed.Results 50%were caused by love and marriage;15%by study and working business;12%by mental disease;8%by family quarrel;7%by poor rela-tion with the other people;4%by accidents;2%by influences from some media;2%by body disease.Conclusion Some objectives of mental nursing should be made according to different reasons for suicide behaviors ......
