【摘要】 目的 探讨经皮肾微通道输尿管镜取石术治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效。 方法 采用经皮肾微通道输尿管镜取石术治疗肾结石134例，输尿管上段结石56例。 结果 肾结石清除率为89%(120/134)，输尿管上段结石一期结石清除率为100%(56/56)。 结论 经皮肾微通道输尿管镜取石术治疗上尿路结石有效，而且具有创伤小、出血少、并发症少等优点。
