【摘要】 目的 报告颅内血肿的锁孔手术治疗效果，探讨锁孔手术治疗颅内血肿的适应证。 方法 33例颅内血肿患者均应用锁孔手术治疗。 结果 33例颅内血肿患者术后CT复查提示血肿完全清除27例，6例少许残留，残留量<10%。无再次手术。 结论 在掌握好锁孔手术适应证的前提下，能最大限度达到微创手术，减少术后并发症。
