【摘要】 目的 探讨全麻鼻内镜下手术治疗老年人Ⅲ型鼻窦炎的疗效及相关因素。 方法 对30例60侧老年人Ⅲ型鼻窦炎患者的鼻内镜手术及随访的临床资料进行回顾分析。 结果 术后随访半年以上，总有效率98%，其中治愈率80%，好转率18%。 结论 鼻内镜手术适用于在全麻下老年人Ⅲ型鼻窦炎治疗，有效提高老年人生活质量。
