【摘要】 目的 探讨并论述高血压病人的麻醉选择。 方法 查阅并总结国内外相关文献。 结果 高血压是常见的威胁中老年人健康的主要心血管疾病，其麻醉选择应根据手术种类、疾病严重程度及合并症情况来选择，目前多采用全身麻醉。 结论 强调针对性选择麻醉方法，切忌千篇一律。
