【摘要】 目的 探讨氩氦刀在前列腺疾病治疗中的作用。 方法 用经皮靶向氩氦刀治疗18例(11例前列腺增生，7例前列腺癌)尿潴留的前列腺疾病患者。 结果 18例患者均恢复了自主排尿功能，前列腺体积也明显缩小。 结论 经皮靶向前列腺氩氦刀治疗具有明确的临床效果，由于其损伤小，可应用于外科手术难以施行的高危前列腺病例。

    The treatment of prostate diseases by percutaneous targeted Ar-He cryoablation

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of Argon-Helium(Ar-He)cryoabation in the treatment of prostate disease.Methods 18cases of prostate diseases with retention of urine(11cases of benign prostate hyperpla-sia，7cases of prostate cancer)were treated by precutaneous targeted Ar-He cryoblation.Results All18cases could initiative micturated and their volume of prostate had been evidently reduced.Conclusion The treatment of prostate by percutaneous targeted Ar-He cryoablation had a definite clinical effect.This procedure is well tolerated by critical prostate diseases patients.
