【摘要】 目的 探讨β 3 肾上腺能受体(β 3 -adrenergic receptor，以下简称β 3 -AR)基因Trp64Arg多态性与心力衰竭(heart failure，以下简称HF)的相关性。 方法 应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism，PCR-RFLP)技术分析62例HF患者和60例正常受试者的β 3 —基因Trp64Arg多态性。 结果 HF患者Arg等位基因频率(0.25)高于对照组(0.17)，P<0.05。 结论 在中国汉族人群中，β 3 -AR基因Trp64Arg多态性与HF有明显相关性，Arg等位基因可能是一个HF的易感基因。
