【摘要】 目的 本文回顾分析17例黄色肉芽肿性胆囊炎anthogranulomatous cholecystitis，XGC)的临床表现、超声图像特点。方法 17例XGC术前均经超声检查。
结果 17例中有16例合并胆囊结石，其中12例结石嵌顿于胆囊颈部;9例超声发现有肿块，其中1例肿块内探及血流信号。
结论 XGC虽在超声图像上无直接特征，但某些间接征像应引起超声及临床的重视。
