【摘要】 目的 打造医院核心竞争力，扩展医疗市场覆盖面。 方法 借鉴核心竞争力和平衡计分卡原理，引进医疗市场竞争机制。 结果 医院核心竞争力要素:人才智慧、知识信息、技能技术、学习创新、协调整合、特色优势、优质服务、组织管理。 结论 医院核心竞争力增强，能使病人得到实惠，医院获得效益。
