【摘要】 目的 探讨白蛋白外涂后用龙血竭外敷治疗褥疮的效果。 方法 将58例溃疡期褥疮患者随机分成两组，对照组以传统的方法治疗，观察组用白蛋白外涂后用龙血竭外敷治疗，观察两种方法的临床效果。 结果 观察组的疗效明显优于对照组，大大缩短了愈合时间，有效率达96.55%。 结论 观察组的方法不仅能加速褥疮溃疡期疮面的愈合，提高治愈率，减轻患者痛苦。而且方法安全、简便，易于推广。
