【摘要】 目的 探讨骨桥蛋白和金属基质蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在肾癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。 方法 对43例肾细胞癌组织与6例正常肾组织标本，应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测骨桥蛋白mRNA的表达，免疫组化检测MMP-9的表达。 结果 43例肾癌组织中骨桥蛋白和MMP-9表达阳性率分别为74.4%(32/43)和69.8%(30/43)，骨桥蛋白mRNA表达与MMP-2和MMP-9表达呈正相关(P<0.01)，两者表达在肿瘤的病理分级和临床分期之间差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 骨桥蛋白与MMP-9在肾癌组织中表达可能在肾癌的恶性进展中起协同作用，预示着肿瘤有较高的侵袭性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical implication of osteopontin and matrix metal-loproteinase-9(MMP-9)in renal cell carcinoma(RCC).Methods Expression of osteopontin and MMP-9was detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemical methed in43cases of RCC respectively.Results The positive ex-pression rates of osteopontin and MMP-9were74.4%(32/43)and69.8%(30/43)in RCC respectively.The corre-lation between osteopontin and MMP-9expression was highly significant(P<0.01).Both the gene expression were related to the tumor grade and clinical stage(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of osteopontin and MMP-9might play synergetic roles in the development of RCC and predicts more invasion. ......
