【摘要】 探讨我国现行法律中有关医疗事故处理“举证责任倒置”以来，医院面临诉讼增多的原因及其解决建议。笔者分别从医疗纠纷立法的嬗变、兰州市某医院医疗纠纷的基本情况、医疗纠纷诉讼增多的原因及解决建议四个方面进行阐述。明确提出解决目前医疗诉讼增多应当从立法及医院的标准化、规范化管理着手，狠抓医院医疗质量的提高。

    【Abstract】 We aimed to investigate the reasons of increase of lawsuits against unskillful or fault medical treat-ment induced by introduction of testification responsibility transposition in current law and offer corresponding strate-gies.We described the topic from the following aspects:the evolution of legislation on dealing with medical dispute，the review of medical dispute in some hospital located in Lanzhou，and the reasons why the lawsuits about medical dis-pute raised etc.We definitely suggest that legislation as well as standardized hospital management should be taken into consideration to relieve the situation.Additionally ......
