【摘要】 目的 探讨心脏穿透伤的外科诊治和效果。 方法 对我院1990年8月～2004年10月共计47例各类心脏穿透伤的外科手术治疗进行回顾性分析。并就心脏穿透伤的分型提出自己的观点。 结果 全组死亡6例，死亡率13%。 结论 无论何种类型的心脏穿透伤，快速明确诊断、毫不迟疑地手术探查、手术同时的同步脑复苏是成功救治各型心脏穿透伤的关键。
